I don't know which among the two I have. I don't even know how I acquired this. I've never had sexual contact with anyone in the past (due to erotophobia and genophobia). I did however, masturbate vigorously when I was younger (in my teens) but I don't see how that could have caused transmission (perhaps due to genital skin abrasion?)

Anyways, I'm still not sure what I have but I recently observed a small white blister like wart around the external urethral meatus at the tip of the penis. I've had this ever since I was a small kid but I never thought it was abnormal. I only observed it recently because it became more prominent (but still very small). Also no one in my family has either of these diseases. I really am quite confused. And what's worse, I realize all this amidst my semester final exams. It's truly depressing.
