Glandular Fever
My brother has been tired and fatigue for the past 8 months, he cant do anything without gettin dizzy and having to rest..he is convinced that he has glandular fever, some days are good but others are really bad..hes a keen sports player and has had 2 give up training because of it..if nothing showed up on his blood test does this mean he definitly doesnt have it or can the virus be in you without showing up on the test ?

Sounds ike he has mono, not herpes. Herpes will not knock you out for months, usually just drains you a little while you are broken out
