Should You Avoid Kissing Someone with Herpes if You Already Have it?
Should you avoid kissing someone with active cold sores if you know already have oral herpes in your system? I get a cold sore very occassionally. My new girl-friend is having her first strong outbreak. Can I get it worse from her? Or does it make no difference, because I already have it?

my bf semen colour turned brownish with dark brown clots. He went to for blood test and was found positive for herpes simplex II IgG. I went through all the symptons in the net but could not found anything similar than what my bf experience. Can the virus goes to the semen tube? should i go for blood test also?

Cold sores, also known as Oral Herpes, are not hereditary and they are contagious. But children very often get cold sores from relatives, a dry kiss is enough.
Cold sores are mainly contagious when there is an outbreak. It's not that common to get pills for cold sores, you should ask your boyfriend to see the pills to check that he's not lying to you.
At the same time, it's a very harmless condition, don't lay awake at nigth worrying about it.

I think i might have herpes...
Well my boyfriend had a cold soar the other day, and said he couldnt kiss me, but that didnt last. that night we were kissing. and now im worried that i might end up with herpes. he still had the cold soar a little bit today, but it was mostly gone, and we kissed. he said that its herreditary in his family, and he's on pills for it. and that its not contageous... but i really dont know. if someone can help me with these questions.. it would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.
