What is good to put on the outside during an out break of HSV-2 while taking Valtrax
I found out I had HSV-2-Genital Herpies in December 2009. My Doctor who is very sweet told me I do not have a bad case, BUT I have the HSV-2 in the inside of my virgina, Recently I have had 2 out breaks on the outside. I want to know what can I do to feel better on an out break when they are on the outside. whould soaking in a tub work or does anyone know of a cream to put. This is painful and unconfortable. She also told me there is only a 1% chance that my partner could get it as long as it is not during an outbreak, is this true? And I wonder if I would ever find a man cause as soon as thry here Herpies they run, lol.

i had experience terrible recurrent outbreaks without relief for a little over a year while on suppressive therapy, VALTREX! The agony persist while medicating myself which lead me to do some research of my own. I found lots of helpful remedies. My first sign of relief was when i read an article on Flounder Fish. Flounder is rich in L-lysine. When i ate it i steamed it to keep it in its original properties. I noticed instant relief! That continued for about a month, til i noticed that my herpes still were active. in retrospect it may had been cause i didnt eat enough fish. so if you do want to stay on the L-lysine diet i suggest you eat 2 or 3 lbs in one sitting, depending on how active your herpes are. i definitely recommend this. You can buy L-lysine in tablet/capsule form which is as effective for suppressing the virus as the fish. i continued my research hoping that something was better out there and stumbled on a fascinating find!!! I found this herb called LEMON BALM (Melissa Officinalis). WORKS PERFECTLY! This herb comes in capsule form, oils, tea and ointments. i take capsules and within 5 to 6 days my symptoms cleared! However, this herb was really hard to find. Lots of people dont know about this, i would suggest you to go to your local whole food store, or a health store, vitamin store or somewhere like that. it can be found... just continue looking! THIS IS OUR BLESSING, GH SUFFERERS. i take this herb in combination with L-lysine capsules. If you have an active outbreak and have lesions i would suggest applying ABREVA to the lesions to lessen the duration and the pain. ABREVA, can be found at your local drug store as this is expensive.
