Herpes Doctor

I am not very sexua. . and I am pretty safe when I do have sex . . but still I get scared when my body does something different. .. I always think STD.

Anyway, I woke up one day with a sore on my waste . not on my groin, but way higher. It started to hurt and become wet and crusted . . . and over a weeks time, a few more showed up . . all on my waste and lower abdomen area . nothing on my groin area.

Now they are almost all gone . . . took about 2 weeks to go away . . but yesterday I woke up and my nose is very sore. . . not on the outside but inisde. . deeper. Nothing shows on the outside . . But it too is forming a hard curst (yellowish) that is irritating.

It doesnt hurt . just from me keep touching my nose . . .

But, now I am starting to get scared. Are these symptoms related? Can it just be nerves? I just went through a very emotional break up - I was devastated for a few weeks .. .and I am wondering if all the stress can do something like this? Or, does it sound like STD?
