Herpes Doctor

I had unprotected sex with a girl a few years back, I had bad pain in my lower back area, peed alot and alot of symptoms that linked to a UTI, I didn't have any blisters or bumps. I also didn't go pee after I had sex for a couple hours so that could be the cause of it. I take alot of trips, sit alot and work outside doing alot of bending, so that might be the cause of it too. Finally the pain went away after a few months ish. It came back here and there and still no symptoms of bumps or blisters but had weird pains and such.
Now this past September I had unprotected sex again with some girl, big mistake again. But since then I had alot of pain in my knees, buttocks, lower back, pee alot, tingling feeling in the tip pf my penis and pressure feeling on between my thighs. I have no signs of any lesion but notice one little bump on my left testicle but could be a razor bump. I been in and out of the Doctors office bunch of times and still continue to have this weird pains and such and still can't figure out whats wrong.
My doctor gave me a physical and notice I had a little bit of a enlarged prostate, I am 24 so it's very odd. Does having herpes can cause anything to do with the prostate?

Maybe just reading up on the symptoms have made me paranoid but somehow I think I got something. I been tested for HIV and had 2 STD's test and all came back negative. I'm getting blood work done for herpes on monday.
