ORAL HERPES

i have little white bumps on the inside of my lips. but from reading other people's posts; they say that herpes "OUTBREAK". mine have looked the same forever; no outbreak has ever occured what so ever. The Bumps are in the very corners of my mouth, and they are very tiny. There about 5 on each side... WHAT ARE THESE? and i have a girlfriend who i kiss and make-out with DAILY; can i pass what ever these are on, so if you know pease comment back
