Need to know the risk

I just want to know the risk of getting herpes from sharing a drink.
You see the situation is that I recently shared a drink with an individual due to me having to have a remedy to stop a tickling in my throat that cause me to have an endless cough.
I know this person has coldsores but before taking a sip she flip the straw so the end that was in her mouth wouldn't be in mine.
So do I run the risk of contracting herpes through this incident?
