Ever heard of herpes on ur thigh?

Can someone please tell me what are the odds of getting a herpes outbreak on your thigh? I do know for a fact I have it on my penis and always have since my first time having sex but have NEVER seen it on my thigh. I have had no recent breakouts either but this just came up and at first i thought it was a mosquito bite but it got bigger and bumpy, small but bumpy n itchy. Think thats what it can be?

I've had this for about 4 years now. I get my outbreaks on the back of my leg just above my knee a ways - about half way up. So, yes it most definitely can be on your leg. If there's only a bump i wouldn't think it is because even on your leg it's a bunch of small fluid filled bumps.
