Herpes Doctor

Recently I got a massage from a sex worker in Bangkok. She massaged my penis with her breasts after applying oil, till I came and she also touched it several times with her hands afterwards but did not give me a handjob or a blowjob. We did not have sex either. She did wear her panties the whole time. I do not know whether she touched her mouth while giving me the massage or whether she worked on a client just before me and washed her hands or not. I did inspect her hands and her body and did not see anything out of the ordinary before she gave me the massage. Now I am deeply concerned if I have caught any STD specially herpes and genital warts.

It has been 6 days since the encounter and I noticed five red spots on my inner thighs, two of which are no bigger than a dot. They are all located a little over an inch apart from one another. They first appeared on day 4 since the encounter. There are also one or two red spots on my penis, one of which started like a bump or swelling that one would get from a mosquito bite. I noticed that on day 3, when on the same day it turned into something like a small pimple but it has gone now. I also have a cough and sore throat and feel like the lymph nodes in my neck are swollen up. Do you think that I have caught herpes or any other STD. I am freaking out right now. Please help. I hear that an antibody test cannot give me the true picture before 12 weeks. What should I do?
