Herpes Doctor

okay hi i have a question because i am really scared and i dont know what to think so i need to know something so pleasse respond thank you. . . okay about 2- 3 months ago i shaved completely then about two days later i had sexual intercourse with a female that i talked to for a while there was kissing i used fingers to her vagina and used condoms when we had actual intercourse. . .a couple of days after that encounter i recieved unprotected oral sex from another female . . .DURING and BEFORE both encounters i had caught the flu, my whole genital area was warm and my thighs were sore, also the tip of my penis was hurting ( weirdly it WASNT a burning sensation it was the tip like the opening of it ) there was no discharge either. . .a week after those encounters i went to the clinic becuase of my genitals becoming warmer.. . i was tested and all my results came back negative and the doctor said i had nothing. since then i havent slept or had any sexual contact with anyone and about a week or so ago i found a couple of bumps on my side part of the scrotom close to the inner thigh. . . and i just saw a bump form on the lower part of my penis like right where it starts. . . is this herpes??? also my hair is coming back in but im totally clueless of what this could be so please help me thank you
