Herpes Doctor

i recently came back from a vacation in foreign country but i didn't do anything unproper because i am loyal to my girl at home. im not sure if this is herpes or not. after i came back..me and my girl had sex mulitiple times and recently i noticed my penis head area is itching and has little red spots on it but no blisters or anything...it already been months now until this showed up... im worried sick what it could be... i thought it could be just some simple bacterial infection even though im not sure... im worried that i might have caught something overseas but i had no sexual contact whatsoever... my girl is starting to complain about itching in the vaginal area. this happened when my girl asked me to stick it into her while we sleep and next day i woke up with an itch... it went away the first time then we did it again and now its coming back...little red itchy spots on the head of my penis...can anyone verify if this is herpes or am i thinking too much??
