Any form of contact?
This guy tried to get with me last night but I knew he had herpes (and he wasn't the one who told me) so i didn't really want to with him. But he kept bugging and stuff and when I went to bed he came and slept in that bed too and was spooning me and such. I'm not to sure what type of herpes he has. He didn't kiss me at all anywhere but he was spooning and cuddling me and he didn't really have any clothes on (others then his undies) so I'm worried that if he has genital herpes I might now be infected or even just infected in general now coz I had lots of contact with him :S We didn't do any form of sexual contact but there was still lots of touching and trying...
I'm just worried my friends said I shouldn't get them but I'm still worried :S

Ya you can get it anywhere. Most parts have to have a break in the skin, except for where you have mucus membranes, like your genitals, anus and mouth. My dr said that she sees alot of people with it on ther butts from spooning but if he had underware on that would help prevent. If you had clothes on that would help too. This guy does not sound like the man of your dreams and if I was you I would not risk it to spare his feelings. I mean I wouldnt suggest been flat out mean to someone just because they have herpes but if he has it and didnt tell you and put you at risk then... I dont know how to finish that. I guess he needs to learns to be honest. Maybe you should ask him if he has it and why he put you at risk in a nice way. If you are worried ask your dr to give you a blood test.

I don't like him he was just 1 of my mates friends, no relationship intended. Thank you for your advice. I've been freaking coz we were spooning and even if we had clothes on. I told my mum about it (I'm only 18 and telling her and hearing from her made me calmer about the situation) and she said it would be ok and I would be fine because we had clothes on and stuff.
Still... I'm a little worried :S
I'm getting a blood test soon anyway, it will show up in that if I did get herpes? I might just ask the DR when I go too just to make sure and make me feel better.

It definately couldnt go through clothes! It wouldnt show up in a blood test for awhile but if it would make you feel better than go for it.
