More Outbreaks :( HELP Question!?!
I was diagnosed with HSV 'down there' about 3 years ago... I was taking acyclovir once a day and i only got like 2 or 3 out breaks a year... everything was great. Then I stopped taking acyclovir all together and i still woud only get like 2 or 3 outbreaks a year. Some sites say it is supposed to get better with years but other say it doesnt it depends on the person. Mine for the past 3 months I get it when i have my period or I am really stressed. Has this happend to anyone? Like, you barely ever got any outbreaks before and then all of the sudden you get outbreaks almost back to back out of no where? Please help me, I am so stressed and i am stressing myself out over the fact that im not normal or something haha... I need peace of mind :( please help

Hi ya, when i had an H support group going, the women said they get it when they get their period and when stressed out, the web sites say the outbreaks get less and less as time goes on, this hasent happened to me, i get an out break every month and i am a man??, lol. please don't stress out.

thanks so much for writing me, it puts my mind at peace that i am not the only one lol! I have been sooo stressed lately planning my wedding, which is supposed to be fun but its mostly stressful haha, so i think that this has a lot to do with it too..
