Hi,
about 3 months ago I got a bit intimate with a friend of mine who had contracted genital herpes more than 10 years ago and she's now on medication for that.
All what took place that night were some kisses, we both got topless and at the end she gave me a handjob.
I have been sleepless ever since that night...Is it possible that I could have caught something? I have not gotten anywhere near her genitals nor she even took off her jeans.
I haven't had any symptoms or anything, other than a self-induced irritation in one spot on my 'member' because i was so frantic that i kept rubbing it against my jeans over a few days to check if i am feeling something...but other than I haven't had any symptoms whatsoever.
Please..could anyone tell me if there is any possibility that I have caught something...I have lost my appetite, my sleep and my focus ever since... Could I possibly catch something from that?
I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

it's spread by direct touch, I don't see why you would be losing sleep over what you did?? unless she has it on her face or another part of her body and you touched a sore. From what your saying I can't see why you think there would be any risk????

Well I don't know why I'm that concerned...probably because I have a phobia of catching something like that...I really cannot explain why I'm being so paranoid.. even though when I think logically and try to think clearly I know that the chances are next to none... however, I keep thinking of it...probably the stress at work and life are adding to it and I'm thinking of it more than I should.
it is really weighing very heavily on me... I'm sorry if I'm writing a lot on here...but it's the only place where I can shout about it....
