Please Help need to know if I have Herpes

Ok I am 15 the worst thing that has ever happened to me has just happened I may have Genital Herpes. I have a few small pimple like bumps near the base of my penis. I have Never Had Sex or oral sex. The bumps have never hurt ever (touching, doing nothing, or when urinating never hurt). They stay the same (don't really get any bigger or anything). I play hockey all year round could this be jock itch? I also shave my penis I'v herd this could cause ingrown hairs. Or could these be pimples. Would GREATLY appreciate feedback. Thank you so much.
