help oral questions
I have heard the term fever blisters growing up but never thought anything of it.
Here is my story. I was sick the last week. Stuffed up nose and all... I had been blowing my nose with paper towel all week and it was getting pretty sore. I was also very active in working out before and after work. Over the weekend I was out in the wind and weather, still rubbing my nose and irritating it more. Thinking back over the weekend it was tingly and starting Monday or Tuesday the edge of my nose and underneath were scabbed over and very sensitive. I didn't think anything of it. Assuming it's from all the blowing, rubbing, and wind the past 5-6 days.
Today I saw a doctor for another issue and he made a comment that it looked like I had an outbreak of fever blisters seeing the confused look on my face he then said HSV1. I was FREAKED.. Here's why... Over the weekend I had sex with a girl... Both intercourse and oral. If I have HSV1 could I have spread it to her orally. And if that's possible could I have then gotten it back with intercourse?? Could this just be a HUGE MESS??? I have already spoken with her and told her what happened...
I'm totally freakin out.....

maybe you caught it while
maybe you caught it while giving her oral? I would get it swabbed to make sure thats what it is and cultured. It could be nothing.

Well my nose was sore and tingly before she came over and we had sex before this weekend... But I just thought the soreness was from all the activity. The doc told me that probably what brought out the virus...
Also I just noticed a bumb on the base of my penis - I pinched and rubbed it pretty good and it didn't hurt at all... Nothing....
Could I have given it to her??? I am sooo worried..
