Anyone please help me

About a month ago i had maybe 5 little pimple looking things on my outer lip near the top. I tried to see if they were just that nothing happened. i have no signs of redness, no itching, no discomfort, no blisters or anything i put some neosporin on them and they went away within a week. i only have one on my outer lip as of right now. does anyone think that i maybe have herpes or should i not worry about it? i mean i'm getting tested tomorrow but i'm still going to have to wait for the results. help?
