Herpes Doctor

HI i need help !
i had a cold sore out break recently and i normally dont get cold sores but i had a red tingly bump on my lip and i performed oral sex on my girlfriend the next day i had an out break in that red tingly spot i wouldnt have done oral on her had i known i was having an out break but i havent had an out break in years and my girl friend doesnt have any stds and i am in the military and get an std check any time i find anythign wierd but my main question is ......
Will she get genital herpes by coming in contact with my cold sore i know it was broke out the day after but i read that its possible to spread even in the red tingly stage and if so i dont know what to do for her ?? please help im really concerned.
