Do I Have Herpes??

A few days ago I had a yeast infection and, like usual, it iched like crazy. My fiance was nice enough to go out at midnight to buy me a one day treatment, but he also bought me Vagisil Wipes. I had never used these before, but since it was designed to take care of the itch, I had used it. It burned like crazy and then a minute later I got all of these open sores! It freaked me out so bad that we went to the hospital. I told them that I thought I was having an allergic reaction and just wanted to know for future reference. Since their system was down they took all my information by hand.
The nurse refused to give me an allergy test. After a pap, she tells me that I have herpes! What?! I know that you can go through your entire life without getting an outbreak. However, since I gave birth to our son two years ago, I have had 4 full STD tests since. Never showed up positive for ANYTHING!! She prescribed me 3 meds: 1) yeast infection 2) blatter infection 3) herpes 2.
When we got home I took a clean water bath and "douched" in the tub. The next day I did the same. I still filled the prescription just to play by their rules incase it really is herpes. By 11pm my sores were gone, my yeast had stopped producing, and although my vagina was still swollen, it was where I had scratched myself. At this time I had only taken one dose of my medicine. The next day, another dose, and another bath my vagina had lost all swelling and looked normal.
Isn't your first outbreak suppose to be painful and last weeks? Not two days!!!? I thought that after an outbreak your vagina was suppose to look like it's been through hell (atleast that's what I've seen from health class), not the same as before? Is it possible even with this chain of events that I could have herpes?
I just need some help, my fiance and I have been fighting since the test results and I just want things to get back to normal but the nurse said she might not get anything back til this coming friday.
PS: I have the Mirena IUC and pretty much get yeast infections instead of periods. My fiance was in the military and had 6 STD tests (one before he came home for good) and tested negative for everything (seen the papers).
