What do my test results mean?

I've been breaking out off and on with bumps/blister like things on my vagina. I went to get tested and the results say 'NONE ISOLATED' What does this mean? Do I have it or not?

There's 2 different types.

If not, go get retested at a better place. That's too strange.

In fact, go to a gynocologist and get a pelvic exam first and foremost.
