Covering Cold Sores

Question - has anyone had any luck with a particular type of make-up or technique for covering oral herpes outbreaks? I wonder if primer (like the one made by cosmetics company Smashbox) would help because it would give the make-up something to stick to.

Good question

everytime I get a sore I try to use chapstick and a lipliner it helps but you can still see it :(!!!!
