PS When your dad speak to the doctor, can he ask what type of Herpes it is? I'm quite curious, although I'm fairly convinced it's shingles.

lol, sure i'll ask him to ask the doctor. But i agree with you on the fact that i think it's shingles. THe medication provided is for shingles and the pain that comes with it seems the same too. He can't sleep very long because it hurts so much. And i think it's mainly on his chest and abdomen area and his face. It looks alot like chickenpox from his face. I'm not sure about the exposure to water because in my country when lil kidz get chicken pox they aren't exposed to water or else the blisters retained puss(ew). They also kept away from ANY sign of meat. People wouldn't even cook meat in their houses if someone had chickenpox. That's why i was asking all these questions because i didn't know if the same applied for shingles. Plus, 2day is his 7th day and he is still in that much pain so i don't know what the deal is. Anyway, i'll keep you posted.
