I gave and recieved oral sex with a 20 year old sexually active female partner that I did not know that well but felt I could trust (bad idea I now know.) Giving oral sex included using my tongue and two fingers (unprotected). I also had (penis to vagina) sex around 4 times using condoms.

My symptoms that I am experiencing are (in order of appearance)

Two weeks after the sexual contact
-i developed a slight tingle in the tip of my penis. This still continues today after 3 months.
-I sleep alot more than normal now.
-4th week i went to std clinic and was given doxycycline. tested neg for syphilis, gonorrhea, and clamida.
-6th week i developed a heavy white coated throat.
-had severe irritation on the tip of my penis. the bottom of the tip turned blue/white and the top turned red.
-many very small oblong white bumps appeared on the top of the tip of m penis along with similar "c" shaped bumps. A penny sized circle cut region on top of the tip formed with dryness in the middle. the bumps have been present for two months now.
-i developed a rectal itch and i have white skin below the rectum which is very irritated and has lasted around 2 months. I went to see my family doctor and she gave me flagyl for my white coated tongue which did not help anything. she didn't rule out herpes but thought it was a candidiasis and penile candidiasis. I am circumsized so i found it is rare in circumsized me. I'm praying that this is all it is though.
-10th week my cheaks, forehead, tip of nose, and upper part of my chin is red, dry, and flaky. the affected areas are also slightly itchy
-i developed a raised red pimple in my pubic hair region that formed over night. no red skin prior to the pimple. i poped it and a clear and alittle white fluids came out followed by alittle blood. the pimple then decreased in size over a period of 5 days and after 15 days is just a little flat red area. the pimple was never painful.

also;
-when i take a shower the tip of my penis turns bight red under hot water.
-when i have an erection the skin on my shaft closest to the tip is dry and white looking.

after 3 months from the exposure i have all symptoms i have described and new things just seem to keep coming up. I plan to go back to my family doctor and the std clinic again but I thought i would see if anyone here can tell me if this may be herpes or something else and what that might be.
