My husband has mild but obvious shingle symptoms confirmed by GP. however he has them both on his trunk and on his lower jaw/neck/tongue area. The doctor had not came acros this before and I wondered if anyone else had. Thanks
No, I haven't heard of anyone with shingles in those areas, it's usually on the body, mainly chest and thighs. But I guess with Herpes virusses anything is possible, they really have a life of thir own.

I have had a year of break outs with shingles. The docs tell me this isn't common and I want to see if anyone else has had experience with this and what they found to be helpful. I started Vitamin B shots today and took Valtrex last week. After the Valtrex, I broke out even worse all over my body, more like chickenpox. Any ideas? Thanks!

Multiple shingle outbreaks over a year period
