Herpes Doctor

So for almost 3 months now I couldn't figure out what was going on with me. I thought I was having reacurrent yeast infections bec. I was experiencing burning, pain, and some discahrge for a while. A few times I went to the doctor's they did not see any yeast but I was convinced it was yeast until a week ago when I went to the doctor's again while I was having burning, of course they did not see anything under the miscroscope except that my epithelial cells were going crazy and were inflammed. So I have figured out that what I'm been going through is constant herpes outbreaks bec. of the constant stress I have been having for the past couple months and taking antibiotics and yeast infection medications that I never needed. If anyone has had the same prblem, not know whether they have a yeast infection or herpes I know what you are going through. Yeast usually does have a thick whit discharge but herpes has a discharge as well sometimes,different from a yeast infection discharge but it is easy to mix up the 2 bec. they have similiar symptoms. When I went to the gyno one day she saw raw red patches inside my vagina and little tiny cuts ont he outside, herpes can causes these type of symptoms and unless sores are present at the time you go see your gyno they will not know it's herpes.I've realized doctor's jsut don't know everything.Also, before this I did not have an outbreak fro 10 years so I believe herpes is manageable, taking care of yourself and avoiding too much stress is the best medication. After not having an outbreak for 10 years I had forgotten what it felt like to have one so for some reason when people say it sounds like a yeast infection I would jsut treat myself for a yeast infection and that probably made it worse. Make sure to have the doctor check fro actual yeast under the microscope so you aren't misdiagnosed.
