When I was was young, it came as a chock to me that stds and other illnesses were not just contagious via "traditional" intercourse, but that oral sex could transfer it as well. I guess you are under the same impression.

Mononucleosis transfers via saliva (spit). It is also referred to as the kissing disease because many teenagers get it from kissing. Unfortunately it doesn't matter what you kiss ;) So, no, if your girlfriend hasn't already had Mononucleosis, she is very likely to get Mononucleosis from you if she gives you oral sex. If she already has had it, she is immune to it.

I am not sure what you mean by "I don't be;ieve I have it is there a chance the test is wrong because thats what the doctor wants it to be"? Do you mean that the doctor wants you to have Mononucleosis? Or are you hoping that you don't really have Mononucleosis?

The thing about Mononucleosis is that once you've had it, the virus stays in your body for life, that's why you are immune to it after you've had it. Mononucleosis is mostly contagious in the incubation period which lasts 10 - 60 days and has no symptoms but it is also contagious when Mononucleosis is full-blown and a couple of months afterwards.

You write that you have read a lot about oral sex and mono. What did you read? I am asking because it seems that you are still not very well informed and I would like to know the source of your info so I can reasd it for myself.
