Hi Medusa,
That depends on what kind of Herpes you have. If it is Genital Herpes, I don't think that concerns anyone but yourself and anyone you have sex with. It is an STD and is not a threat to anyone you dont have sex with. If you have Oral Herpes, I personally think that it is so common and harmelss that it's not worth putting on the list. I would think that something like Hepatitis should definitely be on the list.
