Did I get Herpes from giving my first blow job?

ok so i gave oral sex on friday and no we didnt use protcetion it was also like my first time i only new the guys for a week he told me he had nothing but i dont know well anyway sunday i woke up with a kind of small white cirle up towards my lip but on the inside of my mouth. theres only one but i lookes at pictures of herpes and they looked way worse than what i have. but i saw one pictue that looked pretty similar to what i have do i have herpes?

I know exactly what you've got, and it's not Herpes! You've got a type of carpet burn, a sore or blister that comes from the repetitive motions from giving oral sex to a man. You might get it again when you next do it, but as your technique improves (learning by doing) you won't get any.
So just relax and get some experience ;)

This person may think they know what they are talking about...But he/she is no doctor. Even if they are, They cannot diagnos anything over the internet. I suggest you see a doctor if you have another episode or any medical questions or problems. NO ONE will find the medical answers they are searching for on this site. And you can catch any type of disease on they're first sexual experience, oral or otherwise.

Pictures on the internet are very harsh from what an outbreak appears in someone that does not have a compromized immune system (HIV). First outbreak most likely only appears as a canker sore or several. It is hard to tell them appart. As the previous comment says, only a doctor can determine what it is. Blood test can test for the antibodies, but a viral culture is the only way to postitively identify. This means they must suave a blister to get samples of the virus. Chances are it is gone by now. If you get repeat "issues" then it is probably herpes. You should not give oral sex to anyone else without a condom. Hope this helps.
Your first outbreak
Normally, everyone who has just gottin' Herpes has a very strong painful outbreak. After your first outbreak, the "cold sores" you get are larger and ugly looking. There not normal looking cold sores. I should know I've had herpes for 4 years now. I know that I'm no expert but I get a minor outbreak about every 3-6 months. There not fun let me tell you. I contracted the disease through anal intercourse from guy that didn't know he had it and probably will deny until the day he dies. But there is medical out there to control the outbreakes. When I had money I was taking Valtrex, it works really well for the first year I only had 1 or 2 out breaks that weren't nearly as uncomfortable as they are now. If you think it a cold sore or something, you should get checked out anyway. If it's not controlled, it could get worse.
