Please Help....

My boyfriend went down on me about 4 days ago. He had a cold sore on the side of his mouth. I now have 3 red bumps around my vagina. Could this be herpes? I also have a yeast infection right now...this is the first boyfriend/sexual partner I have had. I don't know what to do... :(
