questions
I suffered really bad razor burn three months ago around my pelvic area. I got bumps there because of it. They dont itch, hurt, or discharge. Now I thought nothing of it ecept the fact they are still there. I picked at one to see and I picked really hard and it bleeded. It heeled up and left no really visible mark. Now my question is, could the razor burn have triggered an outbreak? Can herpes stay around that long and if it was just a rash or razor bumps, could they stay around that long without healing? I understand you may not have symptoms for years, but why now, why right in the spot where I shaved. Please give me some answers.

Razor Burn
Hi. I do not have genital herpes, and I have had the exact same thing happen to me from shaving around my pubic area. The only difference, mine did itch some. They looked just like pimples, or something. I think what it is, is a combination of razor burn, plus a lot of the hairs growing back are in-grown. Infact, I got one 'bump' that was so bad, it left a scar. I picked at it all the time, though. (bad habit!) This is all just speaking personally, I don't couldn't tell you one hundred percent or not if it were herpes.
get a mach 3 razor, and see
get a mach 3 razor, and see a "slumber party" adult toy specialist. They have a shaving cream called Coochie, and the company guarentees the razor burn will go away. However, if you have puss, yellow fluids, green, ickish looking stuff discharging, I would see a specialist.
