im not sure if i have genital herpes,but i was wondering if it always itches really bad if you do?

im not sure if this is what i have, but im a little worried.
i have little sores that almost look like ant bites. i have no itching sensation or burning when i urinate. i know that those can be some of the side effects that occur. im just so stressed about this that im literally making myself sick... if anyone can let me know, that would be great.

Generally speaking that is not an indication fo warts since warts decrease sensitivity. It is likely an infestation of sorts. I once had an infestation and decided to shave it bare but not after using a bit of raid. I am telling you do NOT use household products to remove it. That can cause penile swelling and possibly cancer.

It sounds like you may have a little yeast infection or possibly have a sweating problem.Do you shave? Because it may be razor burn. Also, I would try switching razors.
