Herpes Doctor

ok look haven't had sex in 4 years...got orAL sex alot from the same girl alot didnt care for her at all(i know extremley stupid)so one day im in the bathroom bout to go out look down BANG what the f*** red dots on the head of my penis so i automatically think herpes look it up on the internet so im waiting for the sores to come none do..the bumps go away then i get this flakey rash on the shaft of my penis that goes away no sores no nothing.a few months later i get all these little bumps on the rim of my penis very little but noticable and the rim is a purple color my head is sometimes scaley aNd i look now and my whole penis is a little ashy..so last night im with a girl and shes on top of me(no sex with clothes on)and were kissin and stuff and were getting agressive and i think i cut my penis or something cuz it started t hurt i look at it and i see a cut and theres like yellow in the cut and it looks like a chancre soar but i havent taken a shower yet which ima about to do..now can some1 give me ideas what i might have..theses are my ideas its either warts or penile cancer please i just want alot of oppinions and i know i have to go to the doctor o yea and im uncircumsized and the sore or cut is in the foreskin i have to pull my skin back in order to see it and the bumps happend like 4 months ago and they dissapeared in like 2 days so the cut has nuthing to do with the bumps and the bumps weren t clusterd they were spread apart looked like little pimples...thank u
