Go to your genito urinary clinic. They're confidential and your doctor and mother don't need to know.

Advice? Don't pick them, don't sleep with anyone until they're treated (or use a condom if you have to get intimate), take vitamins and increase your own healthy life style as this will boost your immune system, get to the GU clinic!

Ok,maybe you want to look in to lichen planus, maybe thats what you have, you need to go to a doctor though. I have answerd you once under the name beenthere, and I told you I told my mom, and I recently told my brother, who kind of has a phobia about STDs, or so I thought, but he was totally cool about it and told me I was too hard on myself to even think it was an issue. Tell your mom dude, you need to get this figured out. There is no power in fear and not knowing. Please take care of yoursself. My one friend had pain and was really scared to get it checked out and at my constant prodding, in the end she found out it was a condition that had she left it any longer she would have let so much damage happen she possibly wouldn't have been able to have kids. the doctor said she got there just in time. So had she waited, she could have possibly looked at the future of not being able to have kids. what ever it is your condition, not knowing what it is, is not doing you any favours.

I would say DON'T use regular wart cream!(Not sure what cvs means). Your penis is going to be too sensitive for it. Do a google search on images of genital warts....there are pics which fit your description.
As long as you're above the age of consent, and are legally considered to be an adult, there is no earthly reason why you need to tell your Mum...unless you want to. Sexual health is a private matter and no-one has to know but you and the GU clinic. You can even give THEM a false name as they don't link your records with your doctor's records (in UK anyway).
As Niki says, you do need a proper diagnosis on this to get it treated properly.

My brother had this weird funky thing on his penis...he told me about it because he was concerned...anway he had never had sex or oral. for it to be STD related would have been really weird, guess what it was? yeast! of all things. mostly common in women, men can get it too, he has always kind of had sensitive skin, sometimes after taking antibiotics, it can throw off something in your body and yeast goes crazy. he has started taking a yeast diet and his symptoms have all dissapeared after being there for months. So if you want to google it and try eat the same way see what happens, since it doesn't appear your going to the doctor, you might as well try this in the meantime and see what happens, his was kind of scaley and smelt weird, and he also said it was kind of like a red itchy rasy, similar to what a baby would get. he can't eat sugar,yeast in bread, baked goods or anything of that sort. no fruit , no caffine, lots of veggies, lots and lots of them,plain yougart with active cultures in it...lots of it and water, google diet for yeast infections to get more info. worth a shot anyway. let me know what happens.
