herpes?
hello, I am 18 yrs old, i lost my verginity when i was 16 and i have been w/ the same partner ever since. I am suffing from inchy bumps and swelling on the right lip of my vagina. The same thing happend to me about a year ago during the same time. The first time it happend, it had gotten really bad it was very painful,it had gotten really white, it was very swelled up, and i had a bunch of sores on my vagina. now that it has started to come again, i visited the gynecologist and she told me that she is 90% sure that it is herpes. I am still waiting for the test results to come back. My partner and i have talked and he said that he had not had sexual contact w/ anyone else but me before the first time i had the bumps and the selling. I dont understand how i could get herpes if he hadnt had sexual contact w/ anyone else w/ herpes. please help me

Maybe oral?
you could get herpes genitally if he had coldsores and gave you oral. And if you boyfriend has had any sexual contact with anyone else, that may have had herpes and not known it also, there is something like 80-90% of people(I forget exact %) that have it don't know they do. And it could be something different also, just hang in there till you get your results.
