Herpes Doctor

ummmm dont know what i have but i gotten alot of comments and i must go to the doctor i just wanna know what i might have or if anyone had the same symptoms ok,im a uncircumsized male i have little wartlike growths on the rim of my penis and in the middle of the rim its kind of purple and it doesnt go all the way around the penis.i have like a little shade spot on the shaft of my penis and my head is sometimes red and thats about it and a few days ago i couldnt pull back my foreskin it was kind of hard tobut now its fine please tell me what you think....and i have these white blotches on my abdomen that look like sunspots...
