Support Group or Support Chat

I was diagnosed two day ago with Herpes I have no signs or
symptoms. I was having complications from sugery and I just
entered into a relationship with a new partner and my doctor just
wanted to run a STD work up because of all the complications.
I am looking for a support group and/or a chat room where I
can find someone who I can ask some questions about how they
are living with it, what do I need to expect, how do you pursue
a relationship with it, and what natural treatments work.
