Herpes Doctor

Hi. Looking for online resources/help, came across this site and
will give it a go...won't allow me to post with firewall on but
that's least of problems.

My wife of 4 years has Type 2, she's in her first outbreak.

I have no symptoms, don't know that I ever have. I know I was
exposed about 6 or so years ago but I've not had any outbreaks
or symptoms, as I've said. My wife nor I have slept with anyone
else. She's had 3 sexual partners in her life. I've had
substantially, exponentially more.

Could it have laid dormant/latent until now? I have been under
huge stress, poor diet, etc for about 6 or 8 months.
