dont know whats going on

Here recently I have had a few pimple like things appearing on my penis. They have white puss in them but it isnt goowy. I dont have any discharge at all or a burning sensation. I have been with the same girl for about a year and she has no diseases. I'm not sure what it is. What could this be I'm freaking out. Is it just pimples or something else

Do I have it? So scared...
About 3 weeks ago, I had protected intercourse with a sex worker. She did give me hand to genital with lotion.
Two days later I started feeling burning after urinating and tingling on the tip of my penis/ forskin (not circumsized)and had slight loss of appetite.
Fast forward today, I have been under alot of stress and I am experiencing digestive problems (heartburn), dizziness, blurred vision when I'm hungry. No fever or such.
The burning and tingling came back (including one of my testicle) at the same time my skin on my arms and legs is sensitive to the wind. Like it's a slight burning sensation when the wind touches those areas.
I went to get tested and will not get the results back yet. So far I do not see any sores or bumps but I'm certain that I have Herpes II since that my doctor believes that is what is going on.

I stil am unsure whether or not I have anything. I dont have any of those symptoms with the burning and all that stuff. It is kind of like a rash that has formed on me. I looked at my girlffriends stomach and she has a rash from nickel and I am assuming that I rubbed against her during intercourse and have that I hope. I'm also still freaking out and it is effecting everything about me. Can anybody tell me whats up
