Not sure what's going on please help!

Please help, I'm lost!
I have had this weird digistive issue since a potential encounter (protected sex & hand job with a sex worker). Everytime I get hungry my body goes into shock, I loose perception, my entire skin is sensitive to the wind, I can't think and almost pass out. Then if I eat again I'm ok. At the same time I feel extreme burning sensation on my penis and in my left testicle.

My doctor strongly believes it is Herpes simplex II (results come back in 2 days)
I'm very worried because I don't understand what's going on with my body.

Could this be PHN? Please help!
