So scared please advise do I have it?

About 3 weeks ago I had a short sexual intercourse with a female sex worker, it was protected at all times. She did give me a blow job with a condom and a hand rough job with no condom.

Two days later I felt some burning and tingling on the outer layer of my penis and skin. There was burning but not while urinating but afterward. No visible sores or pimples.

Within a week later I started to worry and this cause great stress on me. I experienced severe heart burn and digestive problem such as bowel movements right after eating. It was not dierreah.

Fast forward today from 3 weeks ago, now I'm constantly dizzy and when I get hungry my body goes into extreme shock such as distorted vision, extreme dizziness, anxiety, and feet and hand burning on skin feeling. As soon as I eat I get better.

My primary doctor ran STD tests all came back negative including HIV (2 1/2 weeks after the encouter)the herpes will come on Monday. He also checked my glucose level since that my symptoms were very similar to a diebetic and was normal.

The skin on my penis is also again burning and tingling. There are no sores, pimples or rashes that I can see anywhere. I have had no fevers.

However another doctor after reviewing all of my history for the past 3 weeks strongly believe this is herpes simplex and that the digestive problem is due to anxiety and nervousness even thought that if I don't eat my body goes into extreme shock and I almost pass out.
My stool has not been normal, mainly dark kaki or light browninsh.

I'm very worried about the test results on Monday, please adivse.

Does herpes outbreak always have some physical symptoms such as blisters?

Hi, herpes would not have

Hi, herpes would not have anything to do with the color of your stool, to my knowledge, it is hard to say if it can be herpes because everyones symptoms are so different. Thats why they say only 20 percent of people with herpes know they have it because the other 80 percent brush the symptoms off because they aren't that severe and they either have no symptoms or think it is something that is nothing serious. I would abstain from sex with your girlfriend till you get your results, because if it is herpes, in the beginning when you get it there is alot of shedding of the virus, meaning even if you can't see anything you could still pass it on. (shedding is always in issue, though if you have herpes, if you don;t understand it google it) Especially if she doesn't know you had sex with the other girl. If you have herpes then you know what you guys are working with and can tell her, because she deserves the right to make a choice of what goes on with her body. I am sure your doc told you , but I would go back and re-test for HIV/AIDS because I think the results are more reliable and almost certain from 20 weeks on, I am not sure of the exact time frame, but longer then what you have waited, but if you had a condom your chances would be low, so don't freat. SO I can't tell you about all your symptoms, since they are different them mine are, but I used to get a feeling like someone grabbing the top of my leg before an outbreak, and I think I recall being more sensitive to the cold, but I have had this for quite some years now, and it is less severe now, so my symptoms aren't near as exaggerated as they used to be. Tingling around the area of an outbreak happens for me. Just hang in there, monday is almost here. I wish you all the best and I hope everything works out so that nothing is wrong. And if it is herpes, it wouldn't be the end of the world, just an inconvinience, and only as big of a deal as you would let it be. but just incase if you touch down there, wash your hands well, as to not spead to other parts of your body, which would be most likely during the time in the beginning stages of getting it, better to be safe then sorry. God Bless
